Boot Camp Indoor Fitness Class
Interval class combining calisthenics, body weight, cardio, and strength training exercises.
Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of large muscle groups, such as running, standing, pushing, etc. These exercises rely on your own body weight for the development of strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
Classes are open to U.S. and NATO ID cardholders.
CLASS SAFETY GUIDELINES:
• Max class size is 20
• Age 16+ only permitted to participate
• Sharing equipment is prohibited
• Participants must bring towel and water bottle
• Social distancing and hygiene procedure enforced
• Face covering not required
