Functional Fitness and Mobility Class
Join us for a high intensity and full body workout using body weight and basic equipment. Functional fitness training uses everyday actions so moving around becomes easier. This class is for anyone that wants to move better and be more flexible.
Classes are open to U.S. and NATO ID cardholders.
CLASS SAFETY GUIDELINES:
• Max class size is 20
• Age 16+ only permitted to participate
• Sharing equipment is prohibited
• Participants must bring towel and water bottle
• Social distancing and hygiene procedure enforced
• Face covering not required
Registration is required. Please call the Fitness Center for the class date you would like to sign up for. Due to the class size, you may only sign up for one class at a time. Call 068-25-5297.
