In order to fully reach your fitness potential, flexibility is critical. This class will highlight exercises that will increase your joints' abilitiy to exercise through a full range of motion thus decreasing the liklihood of injury and increasing your gym time efficiency.
Class meets in two sessions: 12:00 - 12:30 PM and 12:30 - 1PM
