Build strength, tone muscle, burn calories by lifting heavy things. Its that simple. The workouts are categorized into upper and lower cycles. Yes, that includes bench, squats, and all your fav push/pull movements...but so much more. Intro class available. 

Upper weightlifting: Tuesdays
Lower weightlifting: Thursdays
