SHARP Training

The goal of the mandatory annual Sexual Harassment Assault Response & Prevention  (SHARP) training is the transfer the facts about the SHARP program to our Service Members and DoD Civilians. 

The SHARP program is working toward a cultural change through bystander intervention and training.  This training includes discussion and peer sharing to achieve understanding on the effects of sexual harassment and sexual assault.  This training will also strengthen your individual knowledge, skill and capacity to prevent and also respond to sexual harassment and sexual assault.
