Join our lifting challenge at the Brussels Fitness Center! Test your strength and see where you rank. The challenge is based on your total combined 1RM score for the bench press, deadlift, and squat.

Are you ready to join the elite? All lift attempts must be scheduled in-person with the Fitness Center staff. Stop by the front desk today to schedule your attempts and secure your spot in the club!
