Event or Program Publicity Request
In accordance with the Marketing SOP, publicity requests will receive the support detailed hereunder if received within the specified time frame:
14 Days Inclusion on MWR website, mention on MWR Facebook pages
30 Days All of the above, plus delivery of information to AFN, PAO, etc.
60 Days All of the above, plus banners, flyers, posters, other
Please note: Marketing cannot guarantee publicity for requests submitted fewer than 10 days prior to an event.
All requests must be submitted through SHAREPOINT. If you do not have access, please let the Marketing Department know.
