Outdoor Marquee Advertising - Share a Personal Message

Q: When will my advertisement display on the LED marquee?
A: Once we receive your completed Marquee Advertising Agreement, proof of payment, and a high res photo (if you chose that option), we will begin working on your ad. You should see your ad on the marquee within 48 hours if we receive your email during the Monday-Friday work week. Saturday, Sunday and holidays, our office is closed.
This timeframe may be subject to change based on office priorities. An MWR employee will contact you to discuss the date, should this happen.

Q: Can anyone advertise on the LED marquee? 
A: This service is available to MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) patrons and escorted quests. 

Q: Who are the MWR patrons?
A: Eligible patrons include active duty Military Personnel (to include Guard and Reserve) and Families, Department of Defense Civilian employees, Retirees, Veterans awarded the Purple Heart, Veterans who are Medal of Honor recipients, Veterans who are former prisoners of war and Veterans with service-connected disabilities. Q: If I change my mind after I already paid, can I receive my money back?
A: Due to our policy stated on the Marquee Advertising Agreement, and the quick turn-around time, no refunds, dates/graphic changes after the payment has been made.

Q: I have a photo of some friends celebrating their bachelor party. Are there restrictions on what you post? 
A: Yes. No graphic images of alcohol, and/or graphic images and/or text that violate Army Standards or values. 

Q: My friend doesn't know I am sending her picture for my advertisment, and she may be upset. Can you remove it if that happens?
A: By signing the Marquee Advertising Agreement, you agree to take full responsibility for text and/or photo submitted. Additionally, there are no refunds after payment has been made. 

Q: I belong to a unit on USAG Benelux and I would like to advertise a fundraiser that we are holding. I won't be using any of the templates shown. Can I send our advertisment to you?
A: The Marketing Office has paid advertising rates for marquee advertisments. Please contact the marketing department for assistance. 

Q: I want to advertise my friend's birthday, but I don't like the templates provided. Can you customize my request?
A. Unfortunately, no. We only offer the birthday, graduation, contratulations and anniversary templates at this time. 

Q: I emailed the Marquee Advertising Agreement and the proof of payment to you and my ad is not showing. When will I see it? 
A: We will make every effort to show the advertisements within 48 hours if your email was received during the Monday-Friday work week.  However, there may be special circumstances in which the advertisment is delayed. If this happens, please contact the Marketing Office so we can review the date you submitted the forms and address the situation. Our office is closed Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Q: I'm unable to come in to the facilities listed to make the payment. Can I pay over the phone? 
A: We require all payments to be made online using the link provided, or at the locations listed in both Chievres and Brunssum.

Q: I tried to pay online, but it is confusing. Help!?
A: If you have never used WebTrac, you will be prompted to answer some questions and set up a household. If you are unable to do so, you may also pay in one of the MWR facilites, Bene Brew, Kennelux or Auto Skills on Chievres Air Base, and the Hub in Brunssum.

Q: Is the 3 days the longest time frame that you will display my ad?
A: We can display your ad longer, for an additional price. Please contact the Marketing Office to discuss the time frame you want your ad to display. 

Q: I only want my ad to display for one day. Is that possible?
A: No, two days is the minimum time frame. 

Q: How many times will my ad display?
A. The LED marquee on both Chievres, and Brunssum is on 24/7. We generally run our ads for 15-30 seconds, depending on the ad and our promotion strategy. We try to run no more than 10 ads at a time, so your ad will display several times each hour. Your ad will receive lots of publicity for the time frame you select.
